*NOTE: Only one public rental per day is permitted, and the rental is valid only for the time designated on the Facility Rental Permit. The township may host activities before or after the rental period on the same day.
Rental inclusive use is only valid for pavilion space and kitchen; All RESTROOMS, PLAYGROUNDS AND SPLASH PAD REMAIN OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC
KITCHEN ACCESS:Locks use a keypad access code. The ACCESS CODE is the same as the renter’s RESERVATION NUMBER that is located on the Facility Rental Permit (the PDF receipt that is attached to the confirmation email).
Reservations
● All reservations are first-come, first-served and can be requested between one year and 14 days in advance of the rental date. ● No setup is permitted on the day prior to the rental, and no cleanup is permitted the day after. No food, decorations, supplies or other materials may be left overnight. ● Rentals are valid only for the designated time on the Facility Rental Permit. Meaning a 4pm rental starts at 4pm and a 9am rental starts at 9am. Please plan your set up time accordingly within your allotted rental time. ● Security deposits must be paid at the time of the initial reservation request to hold the desired date and time until approved by South Fayette Township. ● All rental fees must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the rental date, or else 100% of the security deposit is forfeited and the reservation is cancelled.
